Consulting, Coaching & Corporate/Organizational Training
Since 2020 I have been offering consulting, coaching, and corporate/organizational training services on a variety of subject areas, including Trauma and Violence Informed Care (TVIC), Gender Based Violence, Feminist approaches to leadership, and EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion). My experience leading EDI work in particular is extensive and involves organizational change, company-wide training in both the private and non-profit sector, executive/senior leader coaching, policy development and strategic planning on meaningful EDI related goals.

Coaching
I provide tailored consulting and coaching services for senior leaders, executives, and boards of directors who are driving meaningful change in their organizations. With a focus on leadership development, strategic visioning, and navigating complex organizational dynamics, I help leaders sharpen their impact, strengthen decision-making, and foster inclusive, resilient cultures. Training & Professional Development
I design and deliver dynamic training and professional development opportunities that build the skills and confidence leaders, teams, and organizations need to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). My workshops and learning programs go beyond “check-the-box” training by offering practical tools, reflective dialogue, and real-world strategies that help participants create meaningful change in their workplaces and communities. With experience working alongside executives, front-line staff, and boards, I tailor each session to meet organizational needs while fostering critical reflection, cultural humility, and actionable growth. Whether focused on inclusive leadership, equity-informed decision-making, or building organizational cultures that value belonging, my training supports both immediate impact and long-term transformation.
I bring extensive experience in designing and delivering EDI training across Ontario and beyond. Known for creating engaging and impactful learning environments, I am especially skilled at facilitating courageous conversations around privilege and power. I have been invited on numerous occasions to lead dialogue on this critical topic, helping individuals and organizations move beyond discomfort toward meaningful understanding and action.
